Our Flavors

All of our dough starts with non-GMO unbleached flour, unsalted butter, non-GMO cane sugar & real eggs. Our other ingredients (depending on the flavor) are: Real vanilla extract, Guittard semi sweet chocolate chips, baking soda, baking powder, salt, non-GMO old fashioned oats, raisins, nutmeg, cinnamon, natural “clean” creamy peanut butter, cocoa powder, walnuts & cream of tartar (again…these ingredients are what we use. But just to be perfectly clear…only Snickerdoodle gets cinnamon and cream of tartar, only Chocolate Chip Toasted Walnut get the walnuts, only Oatmeal Raisin gets the oats and the raisins etc.). As you can see…we use great ingredients!

Chocolate Chip

This decades-old family recipe continues to inspire Carolyn’s Cookie line. We’re meticulous about all of our ingredients, especially the chocolate, which is why we only use Guittard’s. This “classic” cookie dough is the secret behind our other tasty flavors.

Oatmeal Raisin

Our traditional oatmeal cookie bakes up soft and chewy and it’s chockfull of sweet, plump raisins. In our household we agree that this is the perfect breakfast cookie!

Snickerdoodle

The delicious aroma of the cinnamon sugar cookie baking will bring you into the kitchen. One bite is sure to take you down memory lane.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk

We added just the right amount of natural creamy peanut butter to our chocolate chip cookie to get that smooth, melt in your mouth goodness. Chocolate chips and peanut butter…need we say more?

Chocolate Chip Toasted Walnut

Like some crunch in your cookies? We take the time to toast the walnut pieces to bring out the full flavor of the nut and to add that tasty crunch.

Double Chocolate Sea Salt

Love chocolate? We do, too! Adding cocoa powder makes it a thick and fudgy cookie. Adding sea salt brings out that burst of chocolatey goodness!
